Hello Hive community!

Eventito of the week and all the handle to make it come out nice! We were in a streak of few events. There is work, but events come out little and nothing. I don't know about that. The country is weird but we keep going and although I don't make a living from it, I know that there are many colleagues who find it useful, so when there are events I celebrate a lot because they add up to a lot and help.

The thing is that we were being asked for budgets for different events but none of them closed until finally last week they confirmed one for about 70 people, so we spent a lot of time working. We were kind of out of the rhythm of doing an event so we had to wake up and slap each other in the face. I picked up the phone and started calling my team to get organized and start working this week for the event.

On Monday they were all here to start with everything. The suppliers arrived so I got in early so the guys could rest a little more and I'm the one closest to the kitchen. So I got up early, drank my mate and went to the kitchen. The first supplier arrived and after receiving that after 40 minutes while I was ordering what had arrived the kids started to fall.

Mate barley for everyone and we started to work we were ordering at the stations to start with the menu. As it is a birthday event for a vegan the theme is vegetables and I think that is what we all like the most. For those who don't know, working only with vegetables is an endless source of possibilities, especially for those who are more traditional eaters and always need meat in their dishes because otherwise they don't feel full.

We worked a lot with eggplants, celery, and beets and came out with incredible things for all palates and above all a menu full of colors. I think this event is one of the ones I liked the most because of the proposal we created. And what I like the most about this event is that it happened this way because it has to do with the team we have. The fact that this is one of the ones I liked the most, is thanks to the group we formed, how creative we are and how we feed and motivate each other.

We are still filling the coolers with things for the event that are already prepared and will be sealed there, but they have a lot of preparation beforehand. Others are much simpler but much of our menu is very elaborate and takes a lot of preparation to get to the final dish.

We hope the event turns out beautifully so that we can get back on track and continue creating beautiful things and generating such pleasant and beautiful spaces to share with beautiful and good people.

Eventito de la semana y toda la manija para que salga lindo! Estábamos en una racha de pocos eventos. Hay trabajo, pero eventos salen poco y nada. Rachas que se yo. El país esta raro pero nosotros seguimos para adelante y aunque no vivo de eso se que a hay muchos colegas que les sirve entonces cuando hay lo festejó mucho porque suman un montón y ayuda.

La cosa es que nos venían pidiendo presupuestos para diferentes eventos pero ninguno se cerraba hasta que finalmente la semana pasada nos confirmaron uno para unas 70 personas asique nos la pasamos trabajando. Veníamos como sin el ritmo de hacer evento entonces nos tuvimos que despertar a los cachetazos. Levante el teléfono y me puse a llamar a mi equipo para organizarnos y empezar a trabajar esta semana para el evento.

El lunes estaban todos aca para empezar con todo. Llegaron los proveedores asique yo recibí temprano para que los chicos puedan descansar un poco más y además soy el que está más cerca de la cocina. Asique me levanté temprano, me tomé el mate y me fui para la cocina. Llegó el primer proveedor y después de recibir eso a los 40 minutos mientras ordenaba lo que había llegado empezaron a caer los chicos.

Cebada de mate para todos y empezamos a laburar nos fuimos ordenando en las estaciones para empezar con el menú. Como es un evento de cumpleaños para un vegano la temática es verduras y eso creo que es lo que más nos gusta a todos. Para los que no saben, trabajar solo con vegetales es una fuente incansable de posibilidades, sobre todo para quienes son más tradicionales comiendo y siempre necesitan carne en sus platos porque sino no sienten saciedad.

Trabajamos mucho con berenjenas, apios, y remolachas y salieron cosas increíbles para todos los paladares y sobre todo un menú lleno de colores. Creo que este evento es de los que mas me gusto por la propuesta que creamos. Y lo que más me gusta de que haya sucedido esto, es que se dio así porque tiene que ver netamente con el equipo que tenemos. Que sea este uno de los que mas me gusto, es gracias al grupo que formamos, lo creativos somos y cómo nos alimentamos y motivamos unos con otros.

Todavía estamos llenando las heladeras de cosas para el evento que ya van preparadas y se terminan de sellar allá pero tienen mucha preparación previa. Otras son mucho más simples pero mucho de nuestro menú es muy elaborado y lleva muchas preparaciones para llegar a su plato final.

Esperamos que el evento salga hermoso para poder remontar la racha y que sigamos creando cosas hermosas y generando estos espacios tan placenteros y tan lindos para compartir con gente linda y buena.
