I am not one of those who like the wild capitalism in that mood in which everything that can be bought, is bought. Buy for the sake of buying, buy because it's nice to buy because I can, but things can also happen.

Family is always the most important thing for me, and once I had to compromise with where we were going so we could all enjoy the trip. This time we agreed and went around Chicago and NY sightseeing, but for most of them it was compulsive shopping. While I wanted to go to nice places to visit.

While I wanted to go to the skyline, they wanted to go to Louis Vuitton, (to look)!
I wanted to go see the Empire State Building and they wanted to go to the Apple store to see and buy phones, tablets and a lot of other stuff. The truth is that, much to my regret, we did a lot of shopping and visited as many stores as possible of which my family has a devotion. It has an admiration for the brand, what it represents, they like its aesthetics and all that and therefore deep, total and absolute fanaticism.

Beyond the trinket that I was telling you the truth is that I had the opportunity to try a lot of food that I had never tried before and which I was very surprised and I loved. One of them is eating lobster. It is a very strange sensation. At first I thought it was a bit ugly, I don't know why, but the first bite didn't feel very good in my mouth. But when I continued eating and the truth is that I realized that its texture is similar to other meats. But the truth is that it is completely unique and different. We had bought a piece to share and we ended up buying more because I didn't want to share it with anyone.

We found at one point a candy store that was endless, full of American mother father's candy that are the kings of junk food, but in addition, a lot of candy imported from all over. It's really a downfall for those who have a weakness for sugar. I got lost and had to be fetched and I think that was the moment when I showed my capitalism and bought $200 worth of candy of all shapes and sizes. Ridiculously rich.

And then as it could not be otherwise, we went to the fetishes and went to look for all kinds of toys, legos and toys for the little ones who have their own problems as children and as there are toys that are imported and cannot be found in Argentina, so this was the opportunity to bring them some of the ones they like to fulfill their desires and see them smile, at least for a moment.

The trip really went much better than I thought and that was beautiful, because I was afraid that being so many days in line could be a problem and that added to that it was not a 100 trip as I usually do so I said. Luckily I was able to let go of the adventure and it turned out amazing.

No soy de lo que les gusta el capitalismo salvaje en ese mood en el que todo lo que se puede comprar, se compra. Comprar por comprar, comprar porque es lindo comprar porque puedo pero también pueden pasar cosas.

La familia siempre es lo más importante para mi, y en una oportunidad tuve que transar con a dónde íbamos para que todos podamos disfrutar del viaje. En esta oportunidad nos pusimos de acuerdo y anduvimos por Chicago y NY paseando, pero para la mayoría de ellos era compras de forma compulsiva. Mientras yo quería ir a lugares lindos para conocer.

Yo quería ir a ver el Empire State y ellos querían ir a la tienda de Apple a ver y comprar teléfonos, tablets y muchas boludeces. Lo cierto es que muy a mi pesar hicimos muchas compras y recorrimos todos los comercios posibles de los cuales mi familia tiene devoción. Tiene una admiración por la marca, lo que representa les gusta su estética y todo eso y por ende fanatismo profundo, total y absoluto.

Más allá de la chuchería que les estaba contando lo cierto es que tuve la oportunidad de probar un montón de comida que no había probado nunca y de la cual me sorprendí muchísimo y me encanto. Una de ellas es comer langosta. Es una sensación muy extraña. Al principio me pareció un poco feo no se porque pero el primer bocado no lo sentí muy bien en boca. Pero cuando seguí comiendo y la verdad es que me di cuenta que su textura es similar a otras carnes. Pero lo cierto es que es completamente singular y distinta. Habíamos comprado una obra para compartir y terminamos comprando más porque yo no quise compartirla con nadie.

Encontramos en un momento una tienda de golosinas que era infinita, llena de golosinas de la madre padre americana que son los reyes de la comida basura, pero además, un montón de golosinas importadas de todos lados. Realmente es una perdición para quienes tienen debilidad por el azúcar. Yo me perdí y me tuvieron que ir a buscar creo que fue el momento en donde mostré mi capitalismo y me compré 200 dólares en golosinas de todos los tipos y formas. Ridículamente rico.

Y después como no podía ser de otra manera, nos fuimos para los fetiches y fuimos a buscar todo tipo de juguetes, legos y juguetes para los más pequeños que tiene sus propios problemas de niños y como hay juguetes que son importados y no encuentran en Argentina, entonces esta fue la oportunidad de llevarles algunos de los que a ellos les gustan para cumplir sus deseos y verlos sonreír, al menos por un momento.

El viaje realmente fue mucho mejor de lo que pensaba y eso fue hermoso, porque tenía miedo de que estar tantos días en fila pudieran ser un problema a eso sumando que no era un viaje 100 como yo suelo hacer entonces dije. Por suerte me pude soltar a la aventura de que sea como sea y salió increíble.
