Today I want to tell you about my trip to Mar del Plata. It was a great weekend. Mar del Plata is a beautiful city on the coast of Argentina. It has beautiful beaches and lots of fun things to do.

First, I want to tell you about how I got to Mar del Plata. We organized the trip on Thursday night and on Friday we were on the road. We left early in the morning and the trip went very fast because we spent it chatting and having a lot of fun. I love road trips because when we get a little ways out I really enjoy the open fields and when bull horses, cows or any animals start showing up, and stopping at a restaurant for lunch. It was a lot of fun!

When we arrived in Mar del Plata, we stayed in a hotel near the beach. Our hotel was very comfortable and had an amazing view of the sea. After leaving our bags in the room, we went straight to the beach to enjoy. We arrived around noon so we bought a few things to drink on the beach and then at the parador we were going to buy something to eat while we were already settled on the beach.

The first thing we did was to go to the beach, the water was so clear and the sand was very clean, which surprised me! We spent hours on the beach, chatting, going to the sea and enjoying the sun until the last moment. How nice it is to feel the wind coming from the sea on your face and to feel your skin full of salt!

After a day at the beach, we decided to explore the city center. We walked through the streets full of shops and restaurants. We tasted delicious food in a restaurant in the port and bought souvenirs in some stores.

Another day we found out that the Aquarium still exists and the kids wanted to go because they couldn't believe it still exists, we also went to an amusement park and rode roller coasters and rides. There we laughed our asses off because it was a kermesse type park and it was really cool.

One of the things I liked the most about Mar del Plata was the possibility to go to the lighthouse and we ended up going up there. We climbed the stairs to the top and had a panoramic view of the whole city, it was amazing to see the sea and the city from so high up!

In the evening we went downtown to have a few drinks and see how nice it was. We had tickets to go to the theater so we watched the play which was very good. When we left we wanted to go for a drink in a nicer area and we came across a street show and we had more fun than at the play. The truth is that MDQ is always a good destination to go at any time of the year. It has a lot of everything, it has a beach and a lot of beautiful people that make you always feel at ease in that city.

Hoy quiero contarles sobre mi viaje a Mar del Plata. Fue un fin de semana genial. Mar del Plata es una ciudad hermosa que está en la costa de Argentina. Tiene playas preciosas y muchísimas cosas divertidas para hacer.

Primero, quiero hablarles sobre cómo llegué a Mar del Plata. El viaje lo organizamos el Jueves por la noche y el Viernes estábamos en viaje. Salimos temprano en la mañana y el viaje se pasó muy rápido porque nos la pasamos charlando y divirtiéndonos un montón. Los viajes de ruta me encantan porque cuando nos alejamos un poco disfruto mucho de los campos abiertos y cuando empiezan a aparecer caballos toro, vacas o cualquier animal, y parar en un restaurante para almorzar. ¡Fue muy divertido!

Cuando llegamos a Mar del Plata, nos quedamos en un hotel cerca de la playa. Nuestro hotel era muy cómodo y tenía una vista increíble al mar. Después de dejar nuestros bolsos en la habitación, fuimos directamente a la playa a disfrutar. Masomenos llegamos al mediodia asi que nos compramos unas cositas para tomar en la playa y después en el parador íbamos a comprar algo para comer mientras ya nos instalamos en la playa s.

Lo primero que hicimos fue ir a la playa. ¡El agua estaba tan clara y la arena muy limpia, cosa que me sorprendió! Pasamos horas en la playa, charlando , yendo al mar y disfrutando del sol hasta el último momento. ¡Que lindo que es sentir el viento que viene del mar en la cara y sentir la piel llena de sal!

Después de un día en la playa, decidimos explorar el centro de la ciudad. Caminamos por las calles llenas de locales y restaurantes. Probamos comida riquísima en un restaurante del puerto y compramos recuerdos en algunas tiendas.

Otro de los días nos enteramos que todavía sigue existiendo el Acuario y los chicos quisieron ir porque no podían creer que todavía siga existiendo.También fuimos a un parque de diversiones y montamos en montañas rusas y juegos mecánicos. Ahí nos cagamos de risa porque era un parque tipo kermesse fue realmente buenisimo.

Una de las cosas que más me gustó de Mar del Plata fue la posibilidad de ir al faro y terminamos subiendo. Subimos las escaleras hasta la cima y tuvimos una vista panorámica de toda la ciudad. ¡Fue impresionante ver el mar y la ciudad desde tan alto!

A la noche fuimos al centro a tomar unos tragos y ver como estaba de lindo. Teníamos entradas para ir al teatro así que miramos la obra que estuvo muy buena. Cuando salimos quisimos ir a tomar algo más a otra zona un poco más linda y nos topamos con un espectáculo callejero y nos divertimos más que en la obra. La verdad que MDQ es siempre un buen destino para ir en cualquier momento del año. Tiene mucho de todo, tiene playa y una cantidad de gente hermosa que hace que siempre te sientas a gusto en esa ciudad.
