I just realized that we live in one of the best countries in the world and I didn't know it until just now!

In Argentina, as the legend says, we have the two best in the world. El Diego, the hand of god, and the new god, the messiah Lionel Messi. But we are also the best asados in the world are eaten in this country. We are the ones who have the richest beef in the world. We have tulips from all over Europe, we also have Susana and Moría. Borges came out of this country. Tango is argentine. The best ballet dancer of all times is Julito Bocca. We are also the creators of Dulce de Leche, mate, which as one of our oldest traditions, we have one of the most beautiful wonders of the world, the waterfalls, the Perito Moreno and we also have the Andes mountain range that crosses us.

In this country of Grandes played La negra Mercedes Sosa, Gustavo Ceratti painters from another planet, scientists who traveled the world as Rene Favaloro. It is a vast area extremely rich in its soil and with really very generous people who never stopped fighting and are still fighting today. In this country, people are very kind to those who come to live and bring their traditions. And based on them today is this post that comes as a result of one of the best pizzerias in the city being my lunch today. Guerrin is located in downtown Buenos Aires on Corrientes Avenue, the place par excellence where the great plays of Argentine theater come to life. This pizza is over 100 years old and their oven has never been turned off since they opened. Literally once I heard a note where the son or grandson of the first-born owner said that the oven has never been turned off since it opened because it is so big and takes so many hours to heat up to be used, so they have kept it on since they opened more than 100 years ago. They maintain a pizzeria tradition par excellence and it would be like a style similar to the Roman pizza that comes from Italy as its name mentions, but we are great reversionists of recipes and great creators of new things all the time and that is what we did with this product.

Today, besides creating a new style, we are also the creators of the fugazzeta and the fania ella, which is basically the fainá made pizza that is sold only now in a few pizzerias, but it was created by a great Argentinean singer Gustavo Cordera.

Whenever I can I go there to eat a pizza, many times even without much hunger, if I'm close I order a muzzarella and continue.

Me acabo de dar cuenta que vivimos en uno de los mejores países del mundo y no lo sabía hasta recién!

En Argentina, como dice la leyenda, tenemos a los dos mejores del mundo. El Diego, la mano de dios, y al nuevo dios, al mesías a Lionel Messi. Pero también somos los mejores asados del mundo se comen en este país. Somos los que tenemos la carne vacuna más rica del mundo. Tenemos tulipanes de toda Europa, también tenemos a Susana y a Moría. Borges salió de este país. El tango es Argentino. El mejor bailarín de ballet de todos los tiempos es Julito Bocca. Además somos los creadores del Dulce de Leche, el mate que como una de nuestras tradiciones más antiguas tenemos una de las maravillas más hermosas del mundo, las cataratas, el Perito Moreno y además tenemos la cordillera de los andes que nos atraviesa.

En este país de Grandes jugaron La negra Mercedes Sosa, Gustavo Ceratti pintores de otro planeta, científicos que recorrieron el mundo como Rene Favaloro. Es una basta superficie extremadamente rica en su suelo y con gente realmente muy generosa la cual no paró nunca de luchar y hoy sigue luchando. En este país, las personas son muy amables con quienes vienen a vivir y traer sus tradiciones. Somos un país con una agricultura en donde tiras una semilla en el fondo de tu casa y crece una planta inmensa.

Acá tenemos una influencia muy grande de Españoles así como también de Italianos. Esas son nuestras dos grandes influencias. Y en base a ellas hoy va este posteos que viene a raíz de que una de las mejores pizzerías de la ciudad hoy fue mi almuerzo. Guerrin está ubicada en el centro porteño sobre la avenida Corrientes, punto por excelencia donde las grandes obras del teatro argentino cobran vida. Esta pizza tiene más de 100 años y su horno nunca se apaga desde que abrieron. Literalmente una vez escuche una nota en donde el hijo, o nieto del dueño primogénito contaba que ese horno desde su apertura no se apagó nunca porque al ser tan grande y tardar tantas horas en calentarse para ser usado lo mantiene prendido desde que abrieron hace más de 100 años. Mantienen una tradición pizzera por excelencia y sería como un estilo parecido a la pizza romana que viene de Italia como su nombre lo menciona, pero nosotros somos grandes reversionados de recetas y grandes creadores de nuevas cosas todo el tiempo y fue lo que hicimos con este producto.

Hoy además de crear un nuevo estilo, también somos los creadores de la fugazzeta y de la fania ella. que básicamente es la fainá hecha pizza que se vende recién ahora en algunas pizzerías muy pocas, pero lo creo un gran cantante argentino Gustavo Cordera.

Siempre que puedo voy a comer una pizza de ahí, muchas veces incluso sin mucho hambre, si estoy cerca paso pido una de muzzarella y sigo.

Si estás en Buenos Aires y pasas cerca, no dudes en hacer como yo. No te vas a arrepentir. ¡Aclaro, no trabajo para Guerrin ni me pagan por esto!
