Among other things, I always move to visit many places I would never have traveled to. In other words, I travel long distances, spend gas or deposit many hours of my life to move to satisfy a biological need acquired by modern society.

My love for this food began at the age of 3 when I tasted my first serving. I remember I had one of those little chairs that attach to the regular chair with a back. They sat me there and put a plate with a small portion cut out for me with a bottle of water. I was told that when I saw it in front of me my face transformed and I threw myself on the plate. I grabbed it with both hands and without knowing what it was, I put it in my mouth.

My mother told me that my face of happiness and amazement for the discovery was indescribable. As soon as I finished biting that first bite I knew it was going to be forever. That first day I ate 2 adult slices of pizza with mozzarella. From then to today my 41 like pizza of all types and shapes.

I love pizza on the stone, on the pan I'm also very fanatic. Neapolitan style, Roman style, half pizza, I like them all. The yankee pizza I like a lot, the Brazilian pizza with cheese stuffed edges is also crazy. Pizza in all forms and variations are amazing. Every time I go somewhere new I look to try their pizzas and find out if they have any uniqueness so I don't miss it.

Yesterday, I went to meet my love and that's why I wanted to tell you about our first meeting. Pizza occupies a big place in my life, I have a pizza slice tattooed, I bought ovens to make pizza, I know a lot about muzzarella to understand pizza a little more and I know about the history of pizza. I am a connoisseur of all kinds of information and I love to know and above all to share it.

The pizza we had yesterday is from one of the oldest pizzerias in town and is close to reaching 100 years in business. It's crazy that there are places that have been open for so many years and are still in business. The pizza at this place is not to be missed. I ordered a slice of mozzarella with bell bell pepper and I ordered faina as well. I wanted to go and order a slice of stuffed mozzarella but they didn't have enough to order by the slice and I really couldn't afford to eat a whole pizza.

This pizzeria is located on Cabildo Avenue and Juramento on Cabildo Street. It is open from early in the morning until midnight 365 days a year and if I am not mistaken, on weekends you can come and eat this crazy pizza until 2 or 3 in the morning.

Entre otras cosas, siempre me movilizo para conocer muchos lugares a los que no hubiera viajado jamás. Osea que me movilizo a recorrer distancias, a gastar nafta o depositar muchas horas de mi vida para trasladarme para satisfacer una necesidad biológica adquirida por la sociedad moderna.

Mi amor por este alimento comenzó a los 3 años cuando probé la primera porción. Me acuerdo que tenía una sillita de esas que se sujetan a la silla regular con respaldo. Me sentaron allí y me pusieron un plato con una pequeña porción cortada para mi con una mamadera con agua. Me dijeron que cuando la vi delante mio mi cara se transformo y me avalance sobre el plato. La agarre con las dos manos y sin saber de qué se trataba estaba la lleve a la boca.

Mi madre me contó que mi cara de felicidad y asombro por el descubrimiento fue indescriptible. Apenas termine de morder ese primer bocado sabía que iba a ser para siempre. Ese primer día comí 2 porciones para adultos de pizza con muzzarella. Desde ese entonces a hoy mis 41 como pizza de todos los tipos y formas.

Me encanta la pizza a la piedra, al molde también soy muy fanatico. Estilo napolitana, estilo romana, media pizza todos me gustan. La pizza de los yankees me gusta mucho, la brasileña con los bordes rellenos de queso también es una locura. La pizza en todas las formas y variantes son increíbles. Cada vez que voy a algún lugar nuevo busco probar sus pizzas y saber si tienen alguna singularidad para no perderla.

Ayer, fui a encontrarme con mi amor y por eso mismo quise contarles de nuestro primer encuentro. La pizza ocupa un gran lugar en mi vida, tengo tatuada una porción de pizza, me compre hornos para hacer pizza, se mucho de muzzarellas para entender un poco más la pizza y se sobre la historia de esta misma. Soy un conocedor de todo tipo de información y me encanta saberlo y sobre todo compartirlo.

La pizza que comimos ayer es de una de las pizzerías más antiguas de la ciudad y está cerca de llegar a los 100 años de vigencia. Es muy loco que haya lugares que estén abiertos dando de comer hace tantos años y siguen teniendo vigencia. La pizza de este lugar no tiene desperdicio. Pedí una porción de muzzarella con morrón y pedí faina también. Quería ir y pedir una porción de mozzarella rellena pero no tenían para pedir por porción y la verdad no me daba para comer una pizza entera.

Esta pizzería se encuentra en Av. Cabildo y Juramento sobre la calle Cabildo. Está abierta desde temprano hasta las 00hs del día los 365 días del año y si no me equivoco los fines de semana podes venir a comer esta locura de pizza hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana.
