A special day that I wanted to remember with you! A few months ago I met a group of people on a trip that I decided to do just to see a band. The concert that time was a success and I came back with a group of very cool people with whom we still keep in touch.
We kept talking to each other and soon after we got together to see another show, a little smaller but just as much fun.
This was a special one for me, that's why I wanted to upload this post. Agus, Cami, Diego, Palito, Tere Dani, a bunch of guys and girls that this time we got together to see Don Osvaldo.

This is a band that was created a long time ago and was previously called Callejeros, they started to be successful in the 2000's and they were doing really well. Rock & Roll with good lyrics, all their personality and nothing copied from another band. They had their own label and were already making their band into something big until 12/30/2004 when they played to close the year as many bands do in the mythical boliche where rock bands used to play, Cromañón. That day did not end well and the year was tinged with sadness because the place caught fire and many people died asphyxiated. As a result of that tragic moment the band suffered many legal problems and ended up several prisoners, the drummer in a psychiatric hospital for another problem that was triggered after this fatality and the band ended up dissolving.

Many years passed until Pato Fontanet, their singer and the rest of the band could meet again and they got together again to play, but under this new name. With many things that they lived, many things to say and a huge anguish to get rid of singing. At the beginning the band was very persecuted by the press but with time, little by little people did not forget the love and what the band generated and luckily the band started to appear again in the nightclubs to perform and bring joy to the people.

We took advantage of this moment to get together at the mythical Luna Park stadium where they were performing to fill it in 3 full dates. This being the first one, we got together for a pre-show in the square that is diagonal to the Luna to have a drink and meet again after a long time without seeing each other, just talking on the phone. It seemed that time had not passed. We had an incredible time. There are several of us, some of us with children, others without, so it is difficult to meet all of us. Some of us also have partners and to add to all this, we don't live close to each other. More than half of us live in the second part of the province, so it is difficult to get together because we are all scattered around Buenos Aires. That's why this meeting is so nice.

We were falling down and toasting with everyone who arrived while we listened to songs of the band and other people also gathered with their friends to see the band. With their flags with t-shirts and speakers to go to a communion where everyone knows what happened everyone knows who are no longer there and we also know who are those who are up on stage. It is a new opportunity to celebrate for those who are no longer here and for those of us who are left. And the truth was incredible.

Un dia especial que quería recordar con ustedes! Hace unos meses conocí a un grupo de personas en un viaje que me anime a hacer solo a ver una banda. El recital aquella vez fue un éxito y volví con un grupo de personas muy copadas con las cuales seguimos en contacto.
Seguimos hablándonos y al poco tiempo nos juntamos para ver otro recital un poco más pequeño pero igual de divertido.
Este era uno especial para mi por eso quise subir este posteo. Agus, Cami, Diego, Palito, Tere Dani una banda de chicos y chicas recopilados con los que esta vez nos juntamos para ir a ver Don Osvaldo.

Esta es una banda que se creó hace mucho y anteriormente se llamaba Callejeros, empezaron a tener éxito en los 2000 y realmente les iba muy bien. Rock & Roll con letras buenas, toda su personalidad y nada de copia de otra banda. Tenían su sello propio y ya estaban haciendo de su banda algo grande hasta que el 30-12-2004 tocaban para cerrar el año como hacen muchas bandas en el mítico boliche donde tocaban bandas de rock, Cromañón. Ese día no terminó nada bien y el año se tiñó de tristeza porque se prendió fuego el lugar y murieron asfixiadas muchas personas. A raíz de ese trágico momento la banda sufrió muchos problemas legales y terminaron varios presos el baterista en un psiquiátrico por otro problema que se desencadenó después de esta fatalidad y la banda se terminó disolviendo.

Pasaron muchos años del proceso hasta que el Pato Fontanet su cantante y demás de la banda se pudieron reencontrar y volvieron a juntarse a tocar, pero bajo este nuevo nombre. Con muchas cosas que vivieron, muchas cosas que decir y una angustia enorme por sacarse de encima cantando. La banda al principio fue muy perseguida por la prensa pero con el tiempo poco a poco la gente no se olvidó del cariño y lo que generaba la banda y por suerte la banda empezó a aparecer nuevamente en los boliches para presentarse y volver a traer alegría a la gente.

Aprovechamos este momento para juntarnos en el mítico estadio Luna Park donde se presentaban para llenarlo en 3 fechas llenas. Siendo esta la primera nos juntamos para hacer una previa en la plaza que está en diagonal al Luna para tomar algo y reencontrarnos después de mucho tiempo sin vernos solo hablar por teléfono. Parece que el tiempo no había pasado. La pasamos increíble. Somos varios y algunos con hijos otros sin, entonces es difícil encontrarnos todos. Algunos además con pareja y para sumarle a todo esto, no vivimos cerca. Más de la mitad vive en el segundo cordón de la provincia, así que es complicado juntarnos todos porque estamos todos desparramados por Buenos Aires. Por eso es tan lindo este encuentro.

Fuimos cayendo y brindando con cada uno que llegaba mientras escuchábamos temas de la banda y otras personas también se juntaban con sus amigos para ver a la banda. Con sus banderas con remeras y parlantes para ir a una comunión en donde todos saben lo que paso todos saben quienes no estan mas y tambien sabemos quienes son los que están arriba del escenario. Es una nueva oportunidad para celebrar por los que no están más y por los que quedamos. Y la verdad fue increíble.
