Traveling is always something pleasant and I believe it is one of the most enriching experiences a person can have. A trip makes you see new perspectives, acquire more knowledge and understand the reasons for many behaviors, ways of thinking, seeing and expressing oneself. Discover new flavors, or smell new smells. New ways of loving and expressing ourselves and also being able to value where you live, who you are and what surrounds you in your daily life.

It doesn't matter if you travel from the other side of the continent or if you go 100km from your home, any trip that makes you leave your usual atmosphere is already a trip where we have to pay attention, grab the notebook and the pen to see what is happening. What can you learn from that experience?

I am lucky enough to move everywhere for work, inside and outside the country. And in these photos that I bring you I want to share an experience in NYC, the city that THEY SAY doesn't sleep. The truth is that one of the things I can tell you is that he sleeps, and quite early. Several nights I wanted to go out at night with my friends on this trip, and if there is night, but only on weekends.

Now what it does have and much the same as us is the number of gastronomic experiences. Of all types and forms and I love that just as I do here. New York is a very cosmopolitan city like many others and that gives it the possibility of being a place heavily influenced culturally by all types of ethnicities and cultures other than its own. For this reason, at a gastronomic level, there is a diversity of options as people in that beautiful city.

How nice it is that there is so much everywhere. Sweets galore. I think they are the kings of processed foods and junk foods. They are the kings of mass consumption and also the ones where you can walk around with a hat duster and no one is looking at you. It is a city that I love as an experience, but just like here they share something that I would like to compare with other cities like this, and that is the level of scalability in which a problem can rise from one moment to the next out of nowhere.

I was walking with my friends, walking near the center. People walked as I told them, with feather dusters on their heads, others with lion's paws on their slippered feet, whatever occurred to them. Suddenly there were quite a few people and a person coming in the same direction as us accidentally bumped into another person coming in the opposite direction. The rose was minimal and I know it was unintentional because we saw it. The other person made a scandal of such magnitude that everything was about to end with a bang.

Peace and fury coexist in the same city just like here. Do you know if it happens in all the big cities in the world?

Viajar es siempre algo agradable y creo que una de las experiencias más enriquecedoras que una persona puede tener. Un viaje te hace ver nuevas perspectivas, adquirir más saberes y entender los porqué de muchos comportamientos, maneras de pensar de ver y de expresarse. Conocer sabores nuevos, o sentir olores nuevos. Nuevas maneras de amar y de expresarnos y también poder valorar donde vivis quien sos y lo que te rodea en tu vida cotidiana.

No importa si viajas del otro lado del continente o si vas a 100kms de tu casa todo viaje que te hace salir de tu atmósfera habitual ya es un viaje en donde tenemos que prender las atentas, agarrar el cuaderno y la lapicera para ver qué es lo que puedes aprender de esa experiencia.

Tengo la suerte de por trabajo ir moverme por todos lados, dentro y fuera del país. Y en estas fotos que les traigo les quiero compartir una experiencia en NYC, la ciudad que DICEN que no duerme. La verdad es que una de las cosas que les puedo contar es que duerme, y bastante temprano. Varias noches quise salir a la noche con mis amigos en este viaje, y si hay noche, pero solo los fines de semana.

Ahora lo que sí tiene y mucho igual que nosotros es la cantidad de experiencias gastronómicas. De todo tipo y formas y eso me encanta igual que aca. Nueva York es una ciudad muy cosmopolita como tantas otras y eso le da la posibilidad de ser una lugar muy intervenido culturalmente por todo tipo de etnias y culturas ajenas a la suya. Por ese motivo a nivel gastronómico hay una diversidad de opciones como personas en esa hermosa ciudad.

Que lindo es que haya tanto por todos lados. Dulces a montones. Creo que son los reyes de los alimentos procesados y de los alimentos basura. Son los reyes del consumo masivo y también los que podes ir caminando con un plumero de sombrero y nadie te mira. Es una ciudad que me encanta como experiencia pero al igual que acá comparten algo que me gustaría compararlo con otras ciudades como esta, y es el nivel de escalabilidad en el que un problema puede subir de un momento a otro de la nada.

Estaba caminando con mis amigos, cerca del central paseando. Gente caminaba como les contaba, con plumeros en la cabeza, otros con patas de león en los pies así de pantufla, lo que se les ocurra. De pronto había bastante gente y una persona que venía en la misma dirección que nosotros, se topa sin querer con otro que venía en sentido contrarios. El rose fue mínimo y se que fue sin querer porque nosotros lo vimos. La otra persona hizo un escándalo de tal magnitud que todo estuvo a punto de terminar a las trompadas.

La paz y la furia conviven en la misma ciudad igual que acá. ¿Saben si pasa en todas las ciudades grandes del mundo?
