Welcome to my Hebrew reading & language series.
Exodus 15:14-18
The people of Israel are still praising El Shaddai (the Almighty) after he wiped out the most powerful and well equipped army of that time in today's reading. But the tone has changed to fear. I mean, the fear that all the enemies of YHVH felt and will feel now that they are free. They seem so bold but that is like an on/off switch as we will see when they get to the mountain of God.
After the "terror and dread" part, they speak of the people you have purchased, which reminds me of some thing I read in the breet hadasha (Renewed Covenant), also known as the New Testiment, written by Shaul to the Corinthians:
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price.
The context is slavery to sin, specifically sins of the flesh. Something to think about.
Right after that part, they sing of how El will plant them on his own mountain where yee-m'lokh (he will reign as king) forever.
Side note: The word Lord appears in the English text below. I usually take that word out and put the Holy Name of God in its place. But today we have one of the infrequent uses of Adonai (Lord) used to refer to the Creator. Anyone can be the lord or master of his house, church, or master of ceremonies at an event. God says over and over throughout his book that he does wonders so that people will know that he is - and he says his name.
There must be some sort of happy middle ground between over use and never saying the Creator's name. There is certainly no shortage of its appearance in the Tanakh.

The peoples have heard; they tremble;
pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia.
Now are the chiefs of Edom dismayed;
trembling seizes the leaders of Moab;
all the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away
Terror and dread fall upon them;
because of the greatness of your arm,
they are still as a stone, till your people, YHVH,
pass by, till the people pass by whom you have purchased.
You will bring them in and plant them on your own mountain,
the place, YHVH, which you have made for your abode,
YHVH, the sanctuary, Lord, which your hands have established.
YHVH will reign forever and ever."
